Prior to freelancing – Saroj worked with Ernst & Young management consulting firm in their Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse Practice serving financial services verticals. He was a designated subject matter expert and solution architect in the area of business intelligence, data warehouse and very large database implementation. He designed and implemented firm’s business intelligence center of excellence showcasing key industry solutions (viz. Hyperion financial, Cognos balance scorecard, SAP SEM, PeopleSoft EPM) across all the verticals that had consistently generated significant revenue streams. His professional background includes fourteen years of experience in information technology spanning through enterprise architecture, product build and delivery, project/program management, accelerated scopping and planning (ASAP), technology solution roadmap, competency center and go-to-market strategy, business alignments and channel performance management, enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence and to name a few. Over the fourteen years of his IT carrier he has honed his skills to develop an excellent client relationship through manifold technological acquisitions and state-of-the-art approach. The skill set that Saroj has earned is undoubtedly a seamless integration between commerce and information technology. He has a comprehensive experience of end-to-end data warehouse processes and architecture while implementing over six full cycle data warehouse projects.  He is a good facilitator, strong leader and an amiable team player.
